summary
D-allulose naturally exists in foods such as figs. The D-allulose added in this product is made from glucose or sucrose through microbial fermentation. With an energy content of approximately 1.67 kJ/g, which is equivalent to 1/10 of that of sucrose, glucose, or fructose, D-allulose features zero calories and a low glycemic index (GI ≈ 0). It does not affect blood sugar fluctuations after consumption and is globally recognized as a natural functional sugar substitute, providing an ideal sweet source for people controlling sugar intake.
